Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for high-volume hiring across Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. You will lead a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure timely, compliant recruitment processes while partnering with business leaders on workforce planning.

Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days in the office weekly; you will use data to optimize resources, drive outcomes, and enhance the candidate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• Knowledge of high-volume recruiting processes.
• Proven experience managing a high performing team that hits targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and improve efficiency.
• History of building a professional, accountable team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators for high-volume hiring.
• Set performance expectations and coach for results.
• Partner with leaders and Workforce Planning on strategies.
• Analyze performance, workload distribution, and trends to optimize resources.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to support business goals.
• Oversee events, outreach, and employer branding to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure policy compliance and high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and changes.
• Use data to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions.
