The role oversees ATS/CRM governance, candidate sourcing, vendor relationships, and program development to attract diverse talent while coaching the recruiting team and ensuring compliant, efficient hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Leadership to ensure Business Group and Core needs are met.
• Develop and document recruiting and sourcing policies to attract a diverse workforce.
• Train and mentor Hiring Managers, HR Representatives and HR teams on these processes.
• Audit the applicant tracking system and monitor staff to ensure processes are followed.
• Own ATS/CRM documentation, processes and training for professional recruitment.
• Establish Diversity recruitment strategies and implement with recruitment team.
• Coach, mentor and train Professional Recruiters to meet KPIs.
