Job summary

Trimont in Charlotte, NC seeks an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting, campus programs, and mentoring across the organization. You will shape recruitment strategy, partner with hiring managers, and drive early career initiatives for a diverse talent pipeline.

You will manage campus relations, build university partnerships, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Campus recruiting experience, including building university partnerships and internship/grad hiring programs.
• Technical recruiting experience preferred for tech, data, and engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent at all organizational levels.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and partner with them to identify staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection.
• Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, professional organizations, and industry networks.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment.
• Lead campus recruitment, build university relationships, and organize career fairs and on-campus interviews.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align campus recruitment with hiring needs and business goals.
• Develop and manage early career programs, including internships and graduate recruitment initiatives.
• Lead and support People and Culture projects to improve processes and efficiency.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices to build a diverse candidate pool.
