• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple departments.
• Improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
• Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles with managers.
• Coordinate interview workflows and recruiting communications.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruiting operations.
• Track recruiting KPIs and support workforce planning.
