Job summary

Bridge Legal is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to scale our growing organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across product, operational, sales, and client-facing teams. This role partners with leadership to develop recruiting strategies and implement scalable processes aligned with our culture and growth.

Mission:

Bridge Legal is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to help scale our growing organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across product, operational, sales, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate understands how to identify high-potential talent and is passionate about building teams that contribute meaningfully to company culture, operational excellence, and long-term success. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance high-level recruiting initiatives with hands-on execution.

This role will partner closely with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, strengthen hiring processes, and ensure Bridge Legal continues attracting high-performing individuals who align with our culture, mission, and growth trajectory. As Bridge Legal continues expanding, this individual will help strengthen and evolve recruiting systems, hiring processes, and employer branding efforts to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager will serve as a key partner in helping Bridge Legal scale thoughtfully, efficiently, and sustainably while maintaining the collaborative and mission-driven culture that defines our organization.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple departments
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority hires
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Coordinate interview workflows and hiring communications
• Help strengthen employer branding and recruiting operations
• Track recruiting KPIs and hiring performance metrics
• Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives

Skill and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing recruiting pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools
• Experience supporting technical, operational, or SaaS hiring preferred
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
