Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across sales, marketing, operations and leadership roles.
• Strong copywriting for job ads and outreach.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and automation.
