Nscale is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with deep corporate functions expertise to lead end-to-end hiring for People, Finance, Legal and other corporate teams. You will partner with senior leaders, run high-impact searches, influence decisions with data, and raise the hiring bar across the org.

This hands-on manager role requires 8+ years of recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management, market mapping, and a track record in high-growth tech or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with corporate functions hiring experience.
• Proven track record recruiting across senior leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in high-growth tech, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity hiring across AMER and navigating location, compliance, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for corporate functions (People, Finance, Legal, Corp Strategy).
• Run full-cycle recruitment from intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment, interview process, offers and closing.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent mapping.
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles across corporate teams.
• Improve structured interviewing and scorecards; ensure consistent debriefs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience—timely, transparent and high-touch when needed.
