Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding to support growth across the region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strong partnering with leaders, and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered tools; homebuilding industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven full-cycle talent acquisition experience in corporate settings.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build strong pipelines.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting tech to improve hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's talent acquisition strategy with leadership alignment.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive talent sourcing across roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to coach interviewing and selection decisions.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience to attract top talent.
• Leverage metrics and AI tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.
