Job summary

Harmony Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across construction and corporate functions in the Las Vegas area. You will partner with hiring managers to move openings quickly while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, expertise with ATS and recruiting analytics, and strong Excel/dashboard reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across high-volume and professional roles.
• Experience interviewing candidates in construction or related industries.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
• Strong reporting skills using Excel and dashboard tools.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and coordinating multiple open roles.
• Knowledge of hiring compliance requirements.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Master's degree is a plus.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in helping the company attract and hire the talent needed across the organization. This role is suited to someone who can build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keep recruiting processes moving efficiently, and contribute to a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring goals in a fast-paced construction environment.
