Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and drive high-quality hires for a fast-paced organization. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while partnering with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that align with company goals and culture.

This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking across multiple roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens.
• Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and interview guides.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruiting records; track metrics.
