Pacific Seafood is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead multi-state recruitment and build proactive talent pipelines. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure compliant, high-quality hiring experiences and strengthen the employer brand.

Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, social media recruitment, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows across locations. Travel to supported sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a multi-state, multi-location environment.
• Experience leading successful social media recruiting campaigns.
• Ability to travel 15-25% of the time.
