Corning is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of recruiters within our Global Talent Acquisition group in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with business leaders and HR to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive recruiting strategies, coach recruiters, manage hiring events, and present metrics to improve outcomes while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leading recruiters.
• Full-cycle recruiting with business impact.
• Experience using ATS/CRM to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and build partnerships across HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to meet hiring needs.
• Partner with managers and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• Drive events, talent pipelines, and workforce ramp-ups.
• Provide data-driven insights and improve recruitment processes.
