You will drive talent attraction, optimize processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while aligning with Corning's broader people strategies and goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, including coaching or leading recruiters.
• Full-cycle recruiting with ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes.
• Experience with ATS and CRM to optimize productivity, pipeline health, and engagement.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across HR and business teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Customer-focused, collaborative leader with a passion for delivering hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 recruiters supporting critical hiring needs.
• Drive accountability for team performance and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Serve as recruiting subject matter expert on talent market trends and attraction strategies.
• Lead recruiting initiatives, including events, interview days, and talent pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure proactive communication throughout the hiring process.
