You will leverage market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across engineering, technical, manufacturing, scientific or other specialized professional recruiting.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and developing sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, manufacturing, and other specialized professional positions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly sought-after talent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and attraction strategies.
• Support recruiting initiatives including workforce ramp-ups, hiring events, university engagement, and pipeline development.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through strong communication and process excellence.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
