Corning seeks a Senior Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team in Charlotte, NC. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and specialized roles while building proactive pipelines.

You will leverage market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and relationship-building to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and support business growth across Corning’s diverse technology domains.

Formación

• 5+ years in talent acquisition for engineering, technical, manufacturing, or specialized roles.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment success and sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Experience with ATS such as SuccessFactors and talent CRM platforms like Phenom.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
