Corning is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role partners with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract and hire engineering, technical, manufacturing, and other specialized talent.

You will shape recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle hiring, and build pipeline capacity for current and future needs, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including engineering, technical, manufacturing or specialized professional roles.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and building sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Experience using ATS such as SuccessFactors and talent CRM platforms such as Phenom.
