Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in HR, recruitment, or office management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer coordination.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract applicants.
• Coordinate with department heads on vacancies, interviews, and status.
• Maintain recruitment advertisements and postings.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Collaborate with HR, training, and fiscal teams to support onboarding.
