You will partner with operations leaders, manage ATS and hiring metrics, coordinate interviews, and lead recruiting events to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analytics.
