Job summary

AMS is seeking a driven Recruiter to manage full-lifecycle recruitment across our growing organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-caliber candidates, and guide applicants through a seamless interview and onboarding experience.

You will serve as an ambassador for our brand, building active talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate receives a positive, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in-house or agency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
• Demonstrated expertise using advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search strings, and social recruitment tools.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, privacy regulations, and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across multiple departments.
• Proactively source active and passive talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Write, optimize, and publish compelling job descriptions to attract diverse applicant pools.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines.
