Compass Working Capital Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition & Engagement to handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a partially remote, full-time role based in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA.

The role collaborates with HRIS, Payroll & Benefits, and the HR Generalist to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, personable, and eager to grow HR expertise in a mission‑driven environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR coordination, or related admin experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with a welcoming candidate/employee experience mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and employee relations matters simultaneously.
• High discretion with confidential candidate and employee information.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Manage full administrative lifecycle of recruitment: posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and sending offers.
• Partner with HR Generalist and hiring managers to facilitate timely hiring processes.
• Maintain a positive, organized candidate and new hire experience from offer to first days.
• Oversee employee lifecycle surveys to drive engagement and retention.
• Contribute to development/maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects including performance reviews, surveys, succession planning, training.
