Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Master's degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for faculty and staff.
• Lead the recruitment team with clear performance expectations and ongoing feedback.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews for fit and capability.
