Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking an HR Senior Recruiting Consultant to drive sourcing, screening, and selection for a variety of positions. You will partner with leaders to attract top talent, manage candidate communications, and guide hiring managers through the interview and offer process.

You will also coordinate onboarding, maintain compliant records, and contribute to improving recruitment metrics across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying candidates through appropriate channels.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
