Varsity Brands seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to steer the operational engine of the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations, you will drive strategy, optimize the TA tech stack, data reporting, talent marketing, the early career program, and sourcing resources.

You will coach a small team and manage vendor relationships, partnering with IT, HRIS, and HR to ensure compliant, efficient recruiting and strong candidate experiences across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, HRIS, and/or recruiting operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, managing multi‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems (Workday & Phenom preferred).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team including Talent Operations Specialists and Sourcers, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Manage workload, capacity, and sourcing assignments ensuring high productivity and quality.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain team talent with development plans and succession depth.
• Own Talent Acquisition tech stack strategy and roadmap (Workday, Phenom, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Oversee system enhancements and configurations and communicate updates to TA partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts with regular business reviews and SLAs.
• Partner with IT, HRIS, and process owners to ensure compliant TA workflows and explore AI tools for hiring.
