Job summary

This position interacts with faculty, staff, vendors, and external stakeholders, and supervises assigned unit staff. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Five to seven years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team environment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Job Duty 1 - Perform and lead efforts related to identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Institute; ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
• Job Duty 2 - Develop, manage and implement talent acquisition strategies to maintain hiring needs and ensure execution of compliant recruiting processes
• Job Duty 3 - Facilitate and oversee educational efforts for topics related to talent acquisition
• Job Duty 4 - Advise and support executive and senior leadership search efforts, in collaboration with Institute and unit management
• Job Duty 5 - Assess, evaluate and develop recruiting processes and tools that promote effective and efficient talent acquisition efforts
• Job Duty 6 - Lead direction and execution of the Institute's temporary staffing process, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders
• Job Duty 7 - Perform other duties as assigned
