Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment and closely partner with business leaders to align staffing with strategic goals. You will develop sourcing strategies, build a robust talent pipeline, and promote our employer brand while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience across the organization.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and the ability to analyze recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR Bamboo.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through sourcing channels.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing and selection.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment processes.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and campaigns.
• Ensure the company’s career page and postings communicate culture and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in recruitment.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and build a diverse workforce.
• Implement initiatives to reduce bias and increase fairness in recruitment.
