Batory Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruiting function in the United States. You will partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, attract top talent, and build a robust talent pipeline across the organization.

As a strategic partner, you will drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and promote our employer brand through various sourcing channels and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates across channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
