Talent Acquisition Manager ($75,000+)

ProPivotal, one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms, is seeking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to serve one of our major clients due to our growth.

This role supports one of the world’s largest privately held, global asset managers. The Talent Acquisition Manager will handle full lifecycle candidate management, including sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management. Additionally, program management responsibilities will include client oversight and partnership. This is a unique opportunity to work in talent acquisition supporting a renowned global brand.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly client meetings (in person, Zoom, or phone) for search updates and requisition discussions
• Collaborate with ProPivotal interviewing and fulfillment teams to select suitable candidates for client openings
• Manage recruiting processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Coach and advise clients and candidates on interview procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, including scheduling, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and consultation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relationship-oriented profession such as program management, talent acquisition, project management, retail, hospitality, or account management
• Confident yet humble demeanor with proven ability to handle challenging tasks and projects
• Strong technical skills, including MS Office, advanced Excel, CRM, or other database experience
