The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a leading role in managing the talent acquisition function for the assigned region and championing a direct sourcing model. As the gatekeeper for talents entering Clarks, the Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the employer brand and ensure the company attracts the right candidates. The role involves driving full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for skills, values, and cultural fit. Collaborating with hiring managers and interviewers, the manager will also ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also the subject matter expert on market insights & trends, recruitment processes & tools, attraction strategies, legislation, and interview skills training.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Drive and implement a direct sourcing model for the region, managing and educating stakeholders on this approach.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners / People Experience Partners to align recruitment strategies with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
- Develop recruitment plans for each campaign, including attraction strategies.
- Design and manage recruitment events and campaigns for diverse roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process, including onboarding.
- Create recruitment materials and communications aligned with Clarks branding, reflecting brand values throughout the candidate journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent pools for future vacancies.
- Research market best practices in recruitment, providing insights and feedback for regional improvements.
- Analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and develop proposals.
- Coach and support hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant, and reflect best practices and brand values.
- Implement and maintain e-recruitment and applicant tracking systems, developing metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Manage preferred supplier lists, source and brief recruitment consultants, and negotiate rates and terms.
- Stay informed on legislation, policies, and practices related to recruitment to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Develop and coach direct reports to independently manage full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Continuously seek process improvements and support ad hoc projects.

- Strategic and tactical planning skills for managing multiple vacancies.
- Proficiency with diverse recruitment and selection techniques.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to manage key stakeholders, coach, and influence at all levels.
- Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new ideas.
- Knowledge of employment market trends and legal requirements affecting recruitment.
- Experience negotiating with and managing suppliers.
- Analytical skills to evaluate data and develop plans.
- Understanding of strategic workforce planning and other HR processes (preferred).
- Team management and leadership experience (preferred).
- Project management skills (preferred).
