Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote (after initial 90 day onboarding period)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy and execution across all business lines. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, oversee full-cycle recruiting, and leverage Dayforce to streamline talent operations. You'll play a key role in shaping a strong, inclusive culture by attracting top talent who share our values.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve talent acquisition strategy to support our growth and culture goals

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments including retail banking, operations, risk, and corporate functions

  • Utilize Dayforce HCM to manage requisitions, track candidates, and generate reports

  • Coach and mentor recruiters and hiring managers on best practices

  • Partner closely with HR, marketing, and DEI teams to enhance employer branding and candidate experience

  • Monitor talent trends, pipeline metrics, and market insights to refine strategies

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and banking regulations throughout the hiring process

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Banking or financial services industry experience strongly preferred

  • Proven experience using Dayforce HCM for talent acquisition

  • Strong understanding of compliance and recruiting standards in highly regulated industries

  • Ability to lead with empathy, drive results, and influence across all levels

  • Passion for building diverse teams and fostering a great place to work
