What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and position levels, including leadership and technical roles
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver qualified candidate pipelines
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts and outreach strategies to engage top-tier talent
- Facilitate interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and support offer negotiations
- Maintain consistent communication and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive and healthcare-related hiring
- Prior experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced organization and mentoring a high-performing team
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
- Strong knowledge of recruiting practices across multiple functions—especially IT, Clinical, Operations, and Finance
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the dental and/or healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms (Paycom highly preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
