Position Details:

  • Full Time; DAY SHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday
  • Expected starting wage range: $X - $Y. Telecare applies geographic differentials; the pay range will depend on the location of the role. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.

Position Summary:

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager develops and executes regional strategies for attracting and recruiting talent across Telecare. Reporting indirectly to the Regional VP of Operations, this role is part of the leadership team, supporting hiring needs and deploying proactive recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of recruiting experience and at least two years managing people.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies and analyzing recruitment data.
  • Ability to conduct interviews, screening calls, and source passive candidates.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • All opportunities are contingent upon successful completion of background checks, health screenings, and license verifications. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required if driving is involved.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate Telecare's mission, values, and beliefs daily.
  • Collaborate with management to understand workforce needs and improve sourcing, selection, and retention processes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and reports.
  • Present weekly recruitment updates and analyze data to identify needs.
  • Recruit for senior and other roles as needed.
  • Represent Telecare in recruitment-related capacities.
  • Stay informed on healthcare recruitment trends.
  • Make recruitment and retention recommendations.
  • Utilize Leadership Hiring Advisory Teams and facilitate their training.
  • Create recruitment tools and leverage marketing materials and the employment brand.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to enhance recruitment marketing.
