Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
  • Expert in ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team reporting to our Head of TA. This role is ideal for someone excited to take a leading role in building and shaping Triple Whale’s mission and future growth. This individual will have a keen eye for top talent and the ability to attract exceptional individuals to a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
  2. Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Careers page etc.)
  3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  4. Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring teams
  5. Create an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  6. Use data-driven insights to track and evaluate the talent pipeline and hiring funnel, regularly updating hiring managers to surface bottlenecks and drive timely, effective improvements.
  7. Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as a candidate destination

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of full cycle recruiting, in-house or agency
  2. Expert level ATS knowledge, Greenhouse preferred
  3. Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
  4. Deep expertise in recruiting across multiple functions, with a focus on customer-facing roles like Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives
  5. Demonstrated success in matching candidate strengths with role-specific requirements
  6. Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Suite to streamline the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  8. Ability to manage multiple open reqs and competing priorities at once
  9. Proven judgment with a people-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
