Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR-Talent Acquisition Manager for a large company in San Diego, California. This role is essential for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring the company's talent needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Handle full cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing talent, and executing recruitment strategies.
2. Partner with managers and upper-level management to understand staffing needs.
3. Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accuracy.
4. Collaborate with the HR Director to manage overall recruitment needs.
5. Support daily HR functions and contribute to a positive HR experience for all employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.
• Experience with Sage HRMS or iCIMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
