We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global talent acquisition team based out of our Flavors & Extracts division headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas (international experience is a plus), and an aptitude and enthusiasm for the latest recruiting trends and technologies. You embrace data and KPIs, using them to elevate performance and drive continuous improvement. You are an excellent internal and external networker and are willing to roll up your sleeves to support your business partners and team.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 USD. Compensation depends on factors such as education, experience, training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of employees and their families.
