We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global talent acquisition team based out of our Flavors & Extracts division headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas (international experience is a plus), and an enthusiasm for the latest recruiting trends and technologies. You embrace data and KPIs to elevate performance and drive continuous improvement. You are an excellent internal and external networker and are willing to support your business partners and team actively.

2. Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent through various channels for current and future hiring needs.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 USD, depending on factors such as education, experience, and market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being.
