You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with People and business leaders to evolve hiring, and implement SLAs, dashboards, and modern TA tech to deliver quality hires at speed.

Qualifications

7+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting
Experience leading a team of recruiters
Experience transforming TA processes, metrics and tech

Responsibilities

Lead a TA team of ~7 recruiters
Partner with People and business leaders to improve hiring
Establish SLAs, dashboards and ownership for quality and speed
Optimize ATS, automation and AI tools
