We are hiring a Growth Architect to design and scale the talent acquisition engine, lead a global TA team, and embed AI tools to recruit top talent across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, while partnering with leaders to drive data-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting globally
• 2+ years leading a team
• Hyper-growth survivor
• Excellent English communication
• Can-do mindset and delivery
• BA/BS or MA/MS in Behavioral Science is an extra edge

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize TA strategy
• Lead and mentor internal TA team
• Integrate AI tools to speed sourcing and insights
• Partner with leaders to align needs with hiring
• Build dashboards and KPIs for a data-driven lifecycle
• Lead executive and niche hires across time zones
• Translate business needs into hiring priorities
