YipitData is a market research and analytics firm that helps funds and Fortune 500 companies understand disruptive economies. We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to scale hiring, set governance, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with People and business leaders to evolve hiring, and implement SLAs, dashboards, and modern TA tech to deliver quality hires at speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Experience leading a team of recruiters
• Experience transforming TA processes, metrics and tech
