Job summary

Stream Data Centers is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to build and scale a best-in-class, nationwide talent acquisition function supporting corporate, technical, construction, and data center operations.

Reporting to the CHRO, this leader will design an enterprise-wide TA strategy, stand up scalable recruiting infrastructure, and develop a high-performing team capable of sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across all markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience building scalable TA function in high-growth, multi-site organizations.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, construction, and data center operations.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, employer branding, and full-cycle recruiting best practices.
• Hands-on ATS/HRIS experience and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing TA team with clear goals and career development paths.
• Own full-cycle recruiting including executive searches across multiple functions.
• Design and execute college partnerships and early-career programs.
• Build scalable pipeline programs: internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, rotational programs.
• Monitor pipeline effectiveness, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, diversity and ROI.
