Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Talent Specialists, ensuring KPI attainment.
Optimize workforce planning and hiring strategies via forecasting and market analysis.
Allocate resources and provide tools and support for team success.
Build strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
Coordinate site visits to align staffing with business needs and retention goals.
Collaborate across Talent teams on employer branding and partnerships.
Document processes and policies to promote rigor and consistency.
Perform market analysis and share trends, tools, and resources.
Ensure recruiting practices comply with legal requirements and internal guidance.
Develop metrics and tracking for placements, rotations, and retention.
