Job summary

Sundt Construction in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team, shape strategy, and manage day-to-day activities. The role directs recruiting across functions and drives partnerships with customers and Sundt groups.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in talent acquisition, exceptional communication, and demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, with experience using ATS/CRM systems and overseeing recruiting budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Proven success filling requisitions across industries and levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of ATS and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical skills.
• Proven track record building and supervising high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development plans and annual goals with team members.
• Maintain relationships with customers and Sundt support groups.
• Ensure recruiting processes meet current and future workforce needs.
• Provide coaching, training and support on TA best practices.
• Identify opportunities for recruitment process improvements.
• Lead daily workflows and recruitment activities for the TA team.
• Manage the TA budget annually.
• Mentor and develop the TA team while providing hands-on recruitment assistance.
• Oversee recruitment advertising (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations and internal policies.
