Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on candidate flow.
• Support interview decisions and scheduling with a professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in creating and refining job descriptions and interview materials as needed.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple roles while staying organized.
