Job summary

Metro One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead a team of Talent Specialists and drive strategic hiring initiatives. The role focuses on workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and optimizing talent acquisition processes.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage site visits, and contribute to employer branding and partnerships to improve productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Ability to analyze staffing needs and build high-performance hiring plans.
• Experience improving TA processes (ATS, recruiting metrics, onboarding, forecasting).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and nationally.
• Pre-employment screenings including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Specialists to meet KPIs.
• Optimize workforce planning and hiring strategies through forecasting and market analysis.
• Allocate resources and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external customers on hiring best practices and talent attraction.
• Coordinate site visits to understand needs and drive strategic initiatives for productivity and retention.
• Partner across Talent teams on employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.
• Document processes and policies to drive a culture of rigor.
• Develop and monitor metrics for internal placements, rotations, and data.
