Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale a high-performing recruiting function in a technology environment. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic workforce planning and executive recruitment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective recruitment initiatives, coach the team, and implement AI‑driven processes to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior‑level leadership responsibilities and executive recruitment
• Experience leading recruiting teams or talent acquisition functions in a scaling technology company or B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to balance hands‑on recruiting with strategic workforce planning and operational leadership
• Strong executive presence to advise, influence, and challenge senior leaders
• Proven success designing, improving, and scaling recruitment processes and hiring outcomes
• Experience using AI, automation, and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and productivity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the talent acquisition function to translate business priorities into a clear hiring strategy
• Coach and develop the recruiting team to drive high performance and continuous improvement
• Lead complex and executive searches (Director, VP, C‑suite) and build strong pipelines
• Advise senior leaders on hiring strategies, market insights, and priorities
• Design and improve recruiting processes, systems, and reporting for quality and speed
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and innovative workflows to boost productivity
• Partner with hiring managers to improve candidate assessment and structured interviewing practices
• Use analytics to anticipate talent needs and deliver scalable solutions
