Job summary

Collision Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale its recruiting function across corporate and shop roles. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while building scalable processes, pipelines, and an employer brand to attract top talent.

As an owner/operator mindset leader, you will partner with hiring managers, define requirements, and drive data-driven improvements, with opportunities to grow the function as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates daily.
• Experience building recruiting processes and pipelines from scratch.
• Strong multi-requisition management in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for corporate and shop-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Build and refine repeatable recruiting processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide data-driven insights.
• Represent Collision Partners as a strong brand ambassador.
• Manage recruiting budget and vendor partnerships in the future.
• Coach and develop recruiting team goals.
