Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment for professional exempt-level roles in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
Track recruiting performance against metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
Efficiently manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, maintaining momentum and a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate and execute selection processes including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
Foster collaboration and contribute to a high-energy recruiting team at Ralliant.
