Eclipse Foods is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting and people operations from our Oakland, CA office. You will partner with leadership to build diverse teams, design effective recruitment strategies, and own onboarding and cultural initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
The role emphasizes collaboration with the CEO on culture, implementing an ATS, and optimizing interview processes while maintaining a warm, proactive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience across full lifecycle.
- CPG or food & beverage recruiting experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience with onboarding and people operations tasks.
Responsabilités
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from job descriptions to closing.
- Design talent strategy with diversity and inclusion in mind.
- Define and track recruiting KPIs to monitor success.
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience continuously.
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape company culture and events.
- Own people ops processes: performance reviews, compensation, onboarding.
- Research and implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Educate hiring managers on sourcing and interviewing best practices.
