Job summary

SF Compute is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top engineering talent. You’ll build a scalable hiring engine, own the recruiting stack (Ashby) and reporting, and partner with managers to align on requirements and success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including time at a high-growth startup, a talent-dense engineering organization, or a top-tier search firm
• Experience closing hard-to-fill technical roles and evaluating candidate quality against complex technical needs
• Experience owning a recruiting function: ATS ownership, process design, reporting, and agency management
• Experience building and managing a small talent team: sourcers, coordinators, or recruiters
• Comfort operating at multiple levels, from comp strategy to sourcing outreach
• Ability to sell a compelling vision to attract high-caliber candidates
• Fluency with modern recruiting tooling and using data to identify issues

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles, carrying meaningful load personally
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and success criteria
• Build the hiring engine with repeatable sourcing motions, interview loops, scorecards, and closing strategies
• Own and evolve the recruiting stack (Ashby), including data integrity and reporting
• Manage agency and sourcing partner relationships and the budget behind them
• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Develop our talent brand through content, events, communities, and touchpoints
• Use data to run the function: pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness
• Scope and build the talent team as hiring volume grows
