Charge Robotics is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting and build a high-caliber team for a solar-farms robotics company. You’ll drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with founders, and shape our onboarding and employer branding.

Based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area, you’ll work ~4 days/week from our San Leandro HQ, with equity compensation reflecting climate impact and growth opportunities. You’ll help scale a fast-moving startup revolutionizing solar construction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a ruthless ability to prioritize.

Aufgaben

• Build our talent function and recruiting processes from scratch.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing.
• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers across the company, collaborating on candidate strategy and ensuring hiring goals are met with top-tier candidates.
• Create a positive, seamless, and fair candidate experience.
• Initially lead employee onboarding until we can grow into a larger people function.
• Report to and collaborate closely with our founder/CEO.
• Be the face of Charge Robotics and help us build a stellar employer brand.
