Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead full life-cycle recruiting and partner with department heads to forecast talent needs in St. Louis, MO. This role emphasizes equitable recruitment practices and collaboration with management.

The Recruiting Manager will oversee onboarding, employer branding, and campus relations, including internships and career fairs, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience including full life-cycle executive recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus required.
• Experience with ATS system and job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed.
• UKG Ready experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting through sourcing, headhunting, qualifying and interviewing candidates.
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process across the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance.
• Choose optimum recruitment channels and sources; monitor best practices.
• Oversee onboarding including offers, schedules, and training coordination.
• Manage Swank's internship program and campus relations.
